Sustainable Regenerated Cellulosics Content Standard (SRCCS) formerly recognized as Sustainable Viscose Chain of Custody Standard (SVCOC), was initially crafted by Control Union Certifications (CUC) in 2020, with collaborative backing from the renowned global brand C&A.
BCI – Better Cotton Chain of Custody Monitoring and Independent Assessment
Control Union is recognized and approved by the Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) for Chain of Custody Monitoring and Assessment. Better Cotton exists to make global cotton production better for the people who produce it, better for the environment it grows in, and better for the sector’s future, by developing Better Cotton as a sustainable mainstream commodity.
PPRS – Plastic Pollution Reduction Standard
The Plastic Pollution Reduction Standard (PPRS) provides a framework for the implementation of a credible and verifiable plastic offsetting program. The comprehensive approach means the network of partners provides a safe and transparent system of physically collecting, transporting, and processing plastic waste to prevent leakage into nature.
GRS – Global Recycled Standard
The GRS is an international, voluntary, full product standard that sets requirements for third-party certification of recycled content, chain of custody, social and environmental practices and chemical restrictions. Control Union Certifications BV is accredited by SLAB for this scheme under registration nr. CP 004-01. CU Inspections & Certifications India Pvt Ltd is accredited by IOAS for the scope of product certification. Contract Number: 81.
OCS Blended – Organic Content Standard
The Organic Content Standard (OCS) applies to any non-food product containing 5-100 percent organic material. Control Union Certifications BV is accredited by SLAB for this scheme under registration nr. CP 004-01. CU Inspections & Certifications India Pvt Ltd is accredited by IOAS for the scope of product certification. Contract Number: 81.
